The company was founded in 2017 by Jo Butler, who had a new vision for independent school leadership and executive talent management. Jo was joined in 2020 by Zachary White, and together they have more than 25 years of combined experience in recruiting and executive search. They have led more than 75 Head of School and senior administrative searches for independent schools of all types in all regions.
